cobaan

P. ramlee and the gang were once famous with the film of pendekar bujang lapuk. The best part of all is the 'cobaan' part.

In life, Allah give me ujian, with that is 'cobaan' to me. As a muslim, I should stand tall and face it. But most of the time I am not a strong muslim. Cobaan after cobaan, I lost my ability to stand tall.

Rasullulllah s.a.w kata, tak boleh makan masa berjalan. Scientifically, it was proven that if you eat while you walk, you will have a tendency back pain.

Rasullullah s.a.w kata kalau minum air, cukuplah dengan seteguk, 2 atau 3 sekali. Bukannya langgah (meneguk dengan lahapnya) sampai satu gelas. Scientifically, it was proven that the body will absord better if a small amount of water at a time. Banyak-banyak sekali, will eventually stressed ot pundi-pundi kencing.

Islam suggests that a women should stay at home taking care the children. Not everybody follows. But here, most of mat salleh women, not muslim, stay at home taking care of their kids!

Today, I was at home, he gave so many excuses not to let me go. After getting married for a while, I can detect his rythm. Asking me to do this and that, to follow him and to cook for him. When he wanted to go to work, he made me promise to study at home. Sort of feeling guilty. But I want to go to school! It was late already at this time. No comment, even at the moment I felt like I want to shout - it's frustrating. But I think I should stop making the habit of telling the -ve impression.

Despite all the difficulties, Allah ease the pain by having people who understand me and give me support. I should feel lucky. What else can you ask. If Allah do not send the 'cobaan' to me, if I die one day, Allah will ask me, so how have you been doing when you were alive? Nothing really! How can Allah 'reward' me if I never have anything!

We are now busy making preparation for the coming guest. From scrubbing the house to food supply. The guest will bring along something that my mom send to me. Something special. I have to wait to find out, what did my mom send to me.

We do not know how long will they stay with us. But it will depend on the how soon they will get a place on their own. We hope that they will get it soon. Don't get it wrong. We still accept guests in our house, but would not it be better to have a place on our own. We do!

I am still doing my laundry marathon. But I am afraid that, there is still a lot more to do. Though luck!
